Eggplant Sandwich

Ingredients:

Bread slices

Mozzarella cheese (grated)

Baingan Bharta

Butter

How to make it:

Spread the bharta on one side of your bread, and butter on the other. Place half a cup of grated mozzarella cheese over your bharta, and roast that side of the bread where you put the butter.

Roast another piece of bread in butter. Place it carefully on top of the bharta, and serve hot and fresh along with salad dressing India on the side.

Chilli Paneer Sandwich

Paneer is a common ingredient in many of our dishes. Restaurants are offering South Asian cuisine feature fresh cheese as a main course item. Whipping up a Chilli Paneer sandwich is relatively easy. This simple recipe proves it!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. Oil

Onion (chopped)

Capsicum (chopped)

Green pepper

2 tbsp. Bread cubes

cup Paneer (grated)

2 tbsp. Tomato ketchup

1 tbsp. Chilli Sauce

¼ tbsp. Pepper Powder

Salt

Coriander leaves

Grated Cheese

How to Make It:

This shouldn’t take you long.Boil the oil in a pan and toss the chopped onions and capsicum inside, to get them to fry.

 

Add a mixture of bread cubes, paneer, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, pepper powder and chopped cilantro. Make sure they’re mixed well together.

Apply butter on toasted bread. Spread the above mix on it. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top before grilling until it melts.
